Project Details
Argus Services was selected as the general construction contractor by General Services Administration (GSA) to perform renovations to existing office suites. The scope of work includes:
- Provide design submission to GSA for construction
- Selective demolition and working in occupied spaces with no interruption to building occupants
- Architectural modifications such as installation of new demountable wall partitions
- Fire alarm and sprinkler
- Electrical modifications
- HVAC modifications
