Project Details
The Navy wanted to implement a series of energy conservation measures (ECMs) to reduce resource consumption of electricity, steam and water in Buildings 112, 307, 312 and 407.
Major renovations were carried out in various components including Mechanical and Electrical.The design complied with all current codes and standards for office and warehouse spaces. It followed sustainable design principles in design, development and construction of the project in accordance with Executive Order 13123 and other directives.
