Project Details
The scope of work included supply and installation of new heavy duty aluminum, energy efficient, commercial grade windows and frames for various classrooms and offices in several buildings.
The project also entailed removal of existing delaminated vinyl asbestos floor tiles, metal exit doors and hardware, classroom wood doors and hardware. These were replaced with new carpet flooring and VCT tiles, new metal doors and hardware, and double wood doors and hardware for classrooms. Repairs and replacements were also carried out for broken glass panes, ceiling tiles, sewage drains, exhaust systems, roofing, light fixtures, carbon monoxide alarms, smoke detectors, electrical wiring, distribution boards and standby gas generators.
