This Design-Build project created 3 design submissions for approval by the government, each addressing the unique needs of the client. Each of the designs required coordination between the contracting staff and the end users to ensure all of the needs were met.
This project required creating SCIF spaces per DCID 6/9 specifications, installing airflow throughout the existing space, including the installation of VAVs, motors, mounts, et cetera and a test and balance of the existing system. Additionally, we provided new condiut and wire to 43 work stations and 2 conference rooms.This included regular and UPS powered receptables. Also rebalanced UPS main panel to utilize all three phases.
Finally, Audio Visual upgrades, including furnish and installation of specialized video conferencing equipment and supply of 7 ceiling hung 65″ LCDs as well as all furnishings, finishing, lighting, and data/telecommunication cabling to complete this project.
